2) Information We Process

LandlordViva lets you create and manage rental records. Depending on what you enter, the app may process:

• Tenant details: name, email, phone number, and optional tenant photo.
• Property and lease details: unit names, addresses, beds, lease dates, rent, deposit, due day, and status.
• Financial records: rent payments, utility amounts, late fees, expenses, vendor names, and notes.
• Reminder and maintenance records: tasks, due dates, completion status, maintenance costs, and notes.
• Generated documents: reports, invoices, receipts, statements, notices, and tenant history PDFs created from your records.

3) How We Use Information

We use your data only to provide app features, including:

• Showing dashboards, balances, and monthly summaries.
• Managing tenants, units, leases, reminders, and maintenance tracking.
• Generating and exporting printable/shareable documents you request.
• Saving your selected display preferences (for example, currency).

4) Data Storage and Processing Model

• LandlordViva is designed to work offline.
• Your app data is stored locally on your device in app storage.
• We do not require account sign-in to use core features.
• We do not operate a backend for syncing your records for this version of the app.

• We do not share your app data with advertisers.
• We do not share your app data with analytics providers.
• Data is only shared externally when you explicitly choose to export/share a file (for example, a PDF) using your device sharing options. Once shared, the receiving app/service handles that file under its own policies.

6) Permissions

LandlordViva may request:

• Photos/Media Library permission (optional): used only if you choose to attach or update a tenant profile photo.

LandlordViva does not request camera or microphone permissions in this app configuration.

7) Security

We use a local-first design so your records are not transmitted to our servers. Data is stored within app storage on your device and protected by your device and operating system controls.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for device-level protections such as screen lock, device encryption settings, and secure backups.

8) Data Retention and Deletion

• Your records remain on your device until you remove them or remove the app data.
• If you uninstall the app or clear app storage through your device settings, locally stored data is deleted from the device.
• Exported files (for example, shared PDFs) may remain in locations outside the app depending on where you save/share them.

9) Children

LandlordViva is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for property management use by adults.
